Nobody called it.I’d burned out at the pinnacle of success—despite doing everything “right.”The breakdown forced a question: what if entrepreneurship itself had become misdefined? A soulless pursuit of over-optimization thinking disconnected from what actually creates human-centric value.Sabbatical in Portugal to decode it. One research project: why do design-led companies consistently outperform the S&P by 211%? Not once. Perpetually.The answer wasn’t another strategy framework. It is more foundational.
